The Executive market during 2016 saw a significant increase in the number of ‘C’suite professionals active in the market. Many of these were Irish people who had lived overseas during the downturn and are now looking to relocate back home.
Salaries for Executives are rising and increases where talent is in high demand is up to 10%. Benefits remain key with pension contributions being particularly important.
