Our 2016 salary survey is now available and it’s good news! Executives are now lifting their heads again after a number of years of limited opportunities. Companies are hiring.
SMEs have seen considerable growth which is encouraging and this trend is set to continue throughout the year. The average increase in salaries is 2% with 97% of firms giving a pay rise, however for specialist and high demand roles this increase can be as high as 10%.
Bonuses have seen modest increases, depending on individual and company performance, Senior Management bonuses vary between 5% and 25%.
